OdiseIA launches OdiseIA4Human, an international movement to move from AI as a threat to AI as an ally

Press release · For immediate release

The initiative champions human–human alignment, ethics and responsibility by design to accompany the development of an unprecedented technology

Madrid, Monday 5 October 2026. The use of Artificial Intelligence is no longer optional. It is part of our lives, our work and the way we learn and relate to each other. That is why the challenge is no longer whether we will live with AI, but how we want to do it.

  • What: Launch of OdiseIA4Human, an international movement
  • Promoted by: OdiseIA and OdiseIA4Good
  • Lines of action: Understand, imagine, share and join
  • Main event: OdiseIA4Human Summit, 23 February 2027
  • Spokesperson: Idoia Salazar, president and CEO of OdiseIA4Good

At OdiseIA and OdiseIA4Good we believe the time has come to move from alarm to action. Before asking technology to align with our values, we need to make progress on something essential: human–human alignment. Agreeing on which values we want to protect, which limits to set and what future we want to build.

Only from there can we move towards a true human–AI alliance, based on ethics, responsibility, oversight and human values from the very design stage.

With this vision OdiseIA4Human is born, an international movement that wants to change the narrative about Artificial Intelligence: less paralysing fear and more shared responsibility to build AI at the service of people.

How far can people go when we learn to collaborate with AI?

The initiative starts from this central question. OdiseIA4Human wants to mobilise people, companies, schools and public administrations to create new opportunities, preserve human autonomy and learn to work better with AI.

Four lines of action: understand, imagine, share and join

OdiseIA4Human Report will analyse trends and scenarios of AI’s impact on work between 2027 and 2030, looking ahead to 2035.

OdiseIA4Human Challenge: Create the profession of the future with AI will integrate and give a new dimension to the GENIA Awards, promoted by the ENIA Chair in Generative Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities and Risks at CEU San Pablo University and Deloitte. The competition will invite participants to imagine new professions based on collaboration between human capabilities and Artificial Intelligence. Discover the GenIA Awards and take part.

OdiseIA4Human Summit, to be held on 23 February 2027, will be the movement’s main international gathering, bringing together research, real-life experiences, national and international leaders and the Challenge’s finalist proposals.

OdiseIA4Human Community will be an international community open to anyone who wants to contribute to responsible, ethical Artificial Intelligence at the service of people.

“We have spent years talking, rightly so, about the risks of Artificial Intelligence. Now we need to go a step further: align as a society on the future we want and work so that AI becomes a true ally of people,” says Idoia Salazar, president and CEO of OdiseIA4Good.

OdiseIA4Human is born with a clear idea: not to wait for the future to arrive, but to take an active part in building it. Let’s take the initiative. Let’s move to action.

Expanding human capabilities. Building the future of work.
