This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit odiseia4good.org or contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
2. What data we process
- Contact form: name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), reason for contact and message.
- Email: the data you provide when you write to us directly.
- Browsing: technical data needed for the website to work (IP address, browser) and, only if you accept them, the cookies described in our Cookie policy.
We do not collect special categories of data. Please do not include them in your messages.
3. Purposes and legal basis

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the legal periods during which liabilities may arise. Data used to send you information is kept until you withdraw your consent.

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors with the safeguards of Art. 28 GDPR, such as our web hosting provider (IONOS, with servers in the European Union).
The website uses Google services (Google Fonts and, if you accept the relevant cookies, YouTube videos), which may involve international transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@odiseia4good.org and stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

This website is not intended for children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not provide us with data without the consent of your parents or guardians.
