Accountability cycle

How we report every year

As a foundation, we follow the calendar set by Spain’s Foundations Act (Ley 50/2002).

Action plan

In the last three months of each year, the Board approves next year’s objectives and activities.

Annual accounts

Approved by the Board within six months of the financial year-end.

Protectorate

Filed with the Protectorate within ten working days of approval.

Publication

We update this portal so anyone can consult it.

Algorithmic transparency

We lead by example

A foundation that assesses AI systems must hold itself to the same standards. So we extend transparency to our own technology.

01

AI use register

Which AI systems the Foundation uses, for what and with what human oversight.

02

Verifiable seals

Each OdiseIA4Good Seal is linked to the version, purpose and scope assessed.

03

Honest metrics

We publish indicators with figures and dates only when verifiable.
