Saying it is not enough. You have to prove it.
The OdiseIA4Good Seal of Trust, Governance and Responsibility in AI certifies that an AI system, service or use case has been assessed and has real governance, risk management, oversight and compliance measures in place.
It goes beyond reviewing documents: it checks that those mechanisms exist, are applied and can be demonstrated with evidence.
The seal is granted for a specific version, purpose and scope of the assessed system. Each certification is recorded and can be verified digitally via blockchain, ensuring its authenticity, traceability and integrity.
Six dimensions of trust
Each system is reassessed across six dimensions. Principle: NO EVIDENCE → NO SEAL.
Governance & Accountability
Risk & Compliance
Human Rights & Impact
Human Oversight
Technical Trust
Traceability & Continuous Monitoring
The experience and knowledge behind our Seal
The OdiseIA4Good Seal of Trust, Governance and Responsibility in AI is backed by specialised, certified professionals in responsible AI deployment, governance, assessment and auditing, together with OdiseIA’s experience in leading national and international projects and initiatives.
Our methodology stems from our work on regulation, digital rights, system assessment and responsible governance, translating that knowledge into an evidence-based assessment process.
AI Regulatory Sandbox
Hands-on experience applying the AI Act. Participation in Spain’s AI Sandbox project, alongside SEDIA and Deloitte, working on the assessment, monitoring and adaptation of systems to the new European regulatory framework.
Digital Rights
From rights to applicable mechanisms. Participation in Red.es projects to drive the implementation of Spain’s Charter of Digital Rights and develop tools, methodologies and capabilities for its effective application.
International governance
A vision connected to global responsible-AI frameworks. We are part of UNESCO’s global network of civil society and academic organisations on AI ethics and policy, and actively take part in its work on responsible governance.
